What is flexible dieting ?
I thought I would start my first post off my sharing what flexiBle dieting is and how it helped me achieve my weight loss goals.
It is limiting your calorie intake by eating the foods you enjoy. By following a few simple principles.
There are no good or bad foods in flexible dieting. Any food carries a certain number of carbs, fats, protein, and fiber.
As long as you meet your pre-calculated macronutrient needs, it doesn’t matter what foods you eat.
The principle here is that meeting your macronutrient needs are only possible if the majority of the foods you eat are whole foods. You still get to enjoy the foods you like in smaller portions.
