My weight loss journey and how it began.

I was 18 stone trying to loose weight. I tried every fad diet you can think of ! That included juice plus,low carb,ketone diet the list is endless.

I was trying to ride 4 to 8 horses a day and I was tired unfit and heavy.

Something had to give. I thought horse riding alone was enough excerise and didn’t even look at what I was eating.

I started researching alot and ended up finding myself in a gym for the first time. I hadn’t got a clue what I was doing. Like most people I ended up having an induction where they showed me how to use all the equipment. They gym i went gave me a start plan.

I started going to the gym 3 days a week and horse riding. I started feeling better but knew my diet was not good at all.

I knew all the diets I had been on before didn’t not work,so I started researching and came across flexible dieting where I didnt restrict my self my controlled what I was eating.

That’s it I decided am going to try this.

4 years later am 9 stone lighter I love going to the gym and have learned that there are no bad and good calories only calorie dense food.

I love my fitness so much that am training to be a personal trainer.

My mission

Is to inspire everyone to start there weight loss journey. I know it’s scary and theres day where you think to yourself I just cant do this. I had them days too. You have to believe in yourself ignore negative people and you will achieve your goals.
